Business Development Manager /Senior Business Development Executive(Based in Shenzhen)

Responsibilities
Business development for Chinese corporates’ overseas expansion.
Lead efforts to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for Chinese Corporates looking to expand into international markets.
Drive the internationalization strategy for Chinese corporates and conduct thorough market research to understand regional trends, consumer behaviors, and potential competition.
Follow up sales Leads, prepare sales pitch and agreements with marketing team.
Exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Maintain good relationships with clients, regular reviews and up-selling various advertising solutions to enhance their advertising performance/effect.
Minimum qualifications
Candidates possess at least a bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the digital marketing industry.
Proven experience in Chinese Corporates’ overseas expansion. Strong knowledge of key overseas markets (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia) and the ability to identify opportunities and challenges for Chinese corporates in these regions.
Familiarity with the business models, challenges, and aspirations of leading Chinese corporates like Midea, TCL, DJI, and Huawei. Experience working with these corporates is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of key overseas markets (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia) and the ability to identify opportunities and challenges for Chinese corporates in these regions.
Good interpersonal/communication skills with command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Result-oriented mind with a passion for work.
Based in Shenzhen, with flexibility to travel as needed.
